Specialty
Sunday Workshops
Note: Rooted offers workshops every 4th Sunday at 1:30pm, while the other Sundays of the month are reserved for regular yoga classes.
This is a rotating weekend slot for going a little deeper. From specialized workshops (like arm balances or breathwork) to pop-up classes with guest teachers, keep an eye on our schedule to see what we're cooking up each week!
Our Classes
(active to passive)
Warm Power
Ready to challenge yourself? This high-energy, heated practice is all about building strength, stamina, and mental grit. Expect a faster-paced flow with powerful transitions that will get your heart pumping and leave you feeling completely empowered.
Express
Short on time but want the work? Our Express class packs everything you love about a solid, sweaty practice into a tight, efficient time slot. Perfect for a midday reset or a quick lunch-break sweat session to power you through the rest of your day.
Vinyasa
A classic, fluid practice that connects breath with movement. Expect a creative sequence of postures that will build a little heat, improve your flexibility, and keep you moving. Because every teacher brings their own flavor, you’ll get a unique experience each time, but you can always count on leaving sweaty and refreshed.
Rooted Foundations
Whether you are brand new to yoga or a more seasoned practitioner, this class has a little something for you. In this class you will find space to explore new sensations and add depth and variation to postures. We break down standard poses, focus on proper alignment, and explore how to use breath effectively.
Mindful Flow
Slow down and tune in. This class takes the fluid movement of a traditional flow but dials back the speed so you can focus on alignment, breath, and present-moment awareness. Perfect for cultivating a calm mind while still getting a great physical practice.
Yang to Yin
The best of both worlds. This class splits your time between "Yang" (active, dynamic movement to build heat and strength) and "Yin" (long-held floor poses to target deep connective tissues and quiet the mind). It’s the ultimate balance of effort and ease.
Zen Yin
A quiet practice that pairs a dedicated meditation practice with movement, targeting the deeper tissues of the body—like your fascia and joints. Poses are held actively on the floor for several minutes at a time. It’s a deeply relaxing experience that encourages you to slow down, practice patience, and find your inner zen.
Restorative
The ultimate form of self-care. In this class, you’ll be fully supported by props as needed (like bolsters and blankets) in gentle, passive poses. There is absolutely no effort required here—just an invitation to let gravity do the work, release deep-seated tension, and completely rest.
Nidra
Often called "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra is a systematic form of guided meditation practiced lying down. It takes you into a state of deep conscious relaxation between waking and sleeping. It is incredibly restorative—scientific studies show that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel as restful as a few hours of sleep!
